| A whole, uncut, fully trimmed, premium beef eye fillet. The best of the best! This fillet weighs approx. 1.5kg. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. When kept in your refrigerator it has a shelf life of 3 days. Our Beef is sourced from local Australian suppliers. |
| A whole beef fillet is best cooked to medium rare and given lots of resting time. Preheat oven or BBQ to 180c then, if possible, sear the fillet on a pan, BBQ or skillet for about 5 mins. After that, bake for approximately 30-40 mins with the thinner tail end of the fillet folded under the rest of the fillet to create an even shape. Once cooked, cover in foil and rest for 20 mins before slicing. |
